vMax View Release v4.6

Release Date: 16 June 2017

vMax View 4.6 introduces support for the new Seon TH4 DVR hardware and a revamped standalone video player. The TH4 is a 4-camera hybrid system that provides superior clarity and coverage throughout the vehicle, ideal for school bus, para-transit, and shuttle applications. The standalone video player features simultaneous display of multiple camera views and a robust user interface, including a new loop control.

Additional DVR Support

Customers using Seon TH4 DVRs can easily search, display, and archive video with vMax View playback software. For more information about TH Series DVRs, visit our Mobile Surveillance Systems training tutorials here.

New Standalone Video Player

The standalone video player runs self-playing format archives on computers that do not have vMax View or other video players installed. The new version can simultaneously display all camera views from the original DVR video selected for output when the archive was generated. The updated user interface features viewing panes for Signals, Telemetry, and file information, as well as improved playback controls and a new loop mode that wraps video continuously.

For detailed instructions, see the vMax View Install and User Guide.
