FOCUS Mobile App (FMA) is a mobile application that works together with your Body Camera, as well as the ClipCam. FMA’s primary purpose is to display on your smartphone the camera view of a paired Body Camera or ClipCam.
FMA provides the following functionalities:
- Start and stop recording
- Take a snapshot
- Edit metadata
- Associate video evidence with other officers
FMA is available to download on the App Store as well as the Play Store. The app also contains an in-app help that allows you to get familiar with the app capabilities. Please refer to the in-app help for further instructions.
Connect to FMA
- Power on the Body Camera.
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi Activation button for 3 seconds to activate the Wi-Fi as a hot spot for FMA. FMA WiFi will appear in the display area.
- Follow instructions in the app to pair.
