vMax View, Error: Configuration System failed to initialized

Issue:

Unable to launch the vMax View software, getting following error –

“Configuration System failed to initialized”

Resolution:

  1. Install the latest version of vMax View software and try again
  2. If the issue is not resolved, close the vMax View application and follow next steps
  3. Go to “C\users\customer username\app data\local”
    Note: User account name will be different for every user.
  4. Delete “Seon_Design_Inc” folder.
  5. Restart the vMax View application and try again.
