SFPT0026: Diagnostic Button is flashing on DVR

Diagnostic Button is flashing, how do i check to find whats wrong

Issue:

After you start the vehicle up you find that the DVR button will not stop flashing.

Resolution:

  • Start by making sure the hard drive is in place and locked.

  • Try a different hard drive.

  • Check DVR status on live screen.

Once you have tried all these things and it still continues to flash there could be something wrong with the DVR itself. Please contact us and request an RMA by calling Support: 1.844.899.7366 or emailing us at ptsupport@safefleet.net with the serial number and the problem it is having.
