SFPT0004: Depot Manager Download Failed

Issue:

I am requesting a video download in Depot Manager, but it keeps getting failing

Troubleshooting:

The following reason explains the failed video:

  • The vehicle was turned off and therefore there is no video recorded for the requested time.

o   Try to download for a different Date/Time

  • The NVR may have a bad hard drive.

o   Check-in Depot Manager -> Diagnostic to see if the HDD is OK

  • NVR is set to incorrect Date/Time. Make sure the time is up to date

o   Turn on the bus

o   Open Depot Manager

o   Go to devices

o   Select the Bus in question make sure the bus online

o   Click on the arrow pointing down and select health diagnostic – check the date and time is accurate
