Issue:
vMax View error “Configuration system failed to initialize”
Description:
Customer getting error “Configuration system failed to initialize” when loading vMax View software on PC. The software seems to be working for other users or when ran as admin but not for a specific user
Solution:
Follow the instructions to delete the old config file for a specific user
- On your keyboard, press the
Windows logo key and E at the same time to open the File Explorer
2. Go to
C: \ Users \ username \ AppData \ Local \ Seon_Design_Inc/vMaxView.exe_Url_lotsOfCharacters\4.10.0.XXXX and delete the app config file
3. Restart your app and check if the error still occurs.
