Calibration Instructions for Bravo 4200 series SDK
1. Unplug the power and USB cables from the back of the printer.
2. Plug the power back in leaving the USB cable out for now.
3. Download the SDK Calibration Utility by clicking on this link:

4. Plug in the USB cable.
5. Make sure you have no commands in the printer queue. (This is a Windows function.)
6. Run the Calibration utility.
7. Click on the Set Offsets button.
8. Place one disc in the left bin and one disc in the right bin. ( leave the cover open )
9. Click on the “calibrate the last disc” button. ( it will ask you to do what we did in step 8 )
10. Click Ok to proceed.
11. It should see the arm tap on top of the disc in the right bin twice and then do the same for the disc in the left bin.
12. Remove the disc from the left bin and then click Calibrate Top Drive for the 4201 (single drive unit). Click on Calibrate Bottom Drive for the 4202 (two-drive unit)
13. You should be prompted to put a disc in the drive that has opened. Place the disc that you have removed from the left bin into the open drive tray and click ok.
14. You should see the arm tap on top of the disc in the drive twice.
15. Repeat steps 12 and 13 for the 4202 to calibrate the top drive.
16. Remove the disc from the drive. Push the drive tray/trays closed with your hand.
17. Click on Calibrate Printer. Do the same steps for the printer tray. (You may see the tray pull in and then come back out before tapping on the disc. )
18. Close the utility. Stop and Start the PT Burn service in Windows Services.
19. Try sending job to printer.
