How to update the Cloud Courier license

Issue:
The license was renewed but still shows an error number of days expired.

Solution:

1. Verify the renewed License to EMA specialist. This includes the validity date of the Cloud Courier License.

2. Set up a remote session for the customer to update the license expiration date.

3. Login to the Customer DES server using the Admin account

4. Proceed to System>Super User tab> then App Props tab

5. On the Application properties go to the Key column and enter “cloud”. This will list all related cloud keys.

6. Select com.mobilevision.cloud.expiration.date and enter the expiration date in Value: then hit save.
