“Cloud courier service expired and uninstalled” though the service is good.
# Issue: The customer is getting an error on the Home page “Cloud courier service expired and uninstalled” though the service is good.
Cause: The customer has an expired license.
# Resolution:
1. Connected via LogMeIn.
2. Logged in to the DES web interface with super user.
3. Changed the cloud expiration date from System Setup > Super User > App props to the same date as the EMA expiry date.
4. Changed the Cloud courier expiry notification date to one week prior to the EMA expiry date.
5. Log in to the AutoUpdate.
6. Click on the “Servers” tab.
7. Type the name of the department under “Server Name”.
8. Right-click on the name of the correct department and click “Get License” and save the license file onto your computer.
9. Transferred the file to the customer’s computer via ShareFile or LogMeIn File Manager.
10. Log in to the DES web interface with the “super” user.
11. Move to Administration > System Setup > Modules. Browse the file and install it. The Cloud Courier service should be good then.
