Unable to launch the Flashback player

Issue: Flashback player unable to play videos

Solution:  Java updates cause the Flashback player failure to launch.

  1. Uninstall the current java.

2. Use Java from DES. Download Java Runtime Environment from System Status>Tools menu then install.

3. Other options.  Download the lower version of Java then install it.
