DES Cloud Courier Error code: 3005

Issue:

The customer got an error “Cloud Courier Error code:3005 and message: ‘Storage limit exceeded’

Solution:

Per the error code, it appears the customer has reached their storage limit. There are two packages (100GB and 250GB). The customer can cancel some of their existing shares to liberate some storage if they have been viewed/downloaded already or they can purchase an add-on that will provide them with an extra 500GB of storage per month.

You can only cancel active shares as those are the only ones that are taking up space. We recommend to the Customer that they share for shorter periods of time if possible or upgrade to the next level which adds 500GB of available storage.
