Reassign videos to a different officer

Issue: Videos uploaded with incorrect Owner’s name.

Solution: Reassign the videos to correct officer name

  1. Login to DES and proceed to Administration

  2. Click the Assign Videos

  3. Then go to the Assign to Officer field at the top left of the page and select the correct officer from the drop-down list.

4. To reassign all of the videos in your search results, go to the Action frame and click Assign [Total # of videos] Videos. A confirmation prompt message “End of Procedure”. To reassign some of the videos in your search results, Select the videos you want to reassign.

Then go to the Action frame again and click Assign Selected. A confirmation message displays “# number of videos successfully assigned to officer name”.
