H1 settings reset after being saved in DES 4.4.4.4

Issue:

users report that configurations for Focus H1 units being installed under DES 4.4.4.4 fail to persist even after multiple save and upload attempts.

Workaround:

Create a DVR group for the H1 being configured and define the settings for the DVR there. Assign the problematic DVR to the group and allow the configuration to be uploaded.

Do not remove the DVR from the control group. This is similar to an issue where body cameras removed from a configuration group in DES have their settings reset and can’t be configured individually.
