Active Directory login error

Issue:

All customer logins are failing for their domain but Local users can log in.

Resolution:

This can occur if there has been a change to their Active Directory server settings or password.

Login to the DES as a Local User with admin access.

Navigate to System Setup, Security, and Active Directory.

Click the Edit button under the Action Menu.
Update the settings as needed and click Save. Their Local IT will need to provide that information.

Logout of the Local account and log back in with one of the Active Directory accounts.
