Issue:
Why are some Commander 5 archives being deleted earlier than other archives?
Resolution:
You can create different categories for video archive files and select different retention times for each category.
Log into Commander 5 and click on “Fleet Settings” > “Video Categories”, then follow the below steps:
- Important Note:
It is recommended to not edit/alter the default “None” category, because if users create manual archives and forget to select a category, the archive job would default to “None” category
