Overview
Evidence Manager allows you to insert notes that function as bookmarks for video files. Bookmarks provide better context of the video, and are also useful for finding specific sections in a video on another day.
Procedure
To add a bookmark:
- Open the evidence file.
- Click the bookmark icon.
- On the Bookmarks window, do the following:

- Bookmark Name: Enter a name for your bookmark.
- Bookmark Time: Select a time within the video for which you want to add a bookmark.
- Bookmark Notes: Enter in the notes specific to the video.
- Click OK.
- Make changes to the bookmark:
- In the Bookmarks pane, right-click a bookmark, and click Edit.
- On the Bookmarks window that appears, change either: Bookmark Name, Bookmark Time, or Bookmark Notes.
- Click OK.
- To print a bookmark, right-click the bookmark in the Bookmarks pane, and click Print.
- To play the video from the point of the bookmark, right-click the bookmark in the Bookmarks pane, and click Seek.
- To copy the bookmark contents to a clipboard, right-click the bookmark in the Bookmarks pane, and click Copy to
Clipboard.
- To delete a bookmark, right-click the bookmark in the Bookmarks pane, and click Delete.
