When you play a video and then access the calendar menu, the days when videos are available are highlighted. This visual indication allows you to play videos from the days you select.

The Calendar menu can be used in yet another way. You can use it to jump to a specific point in the timeline. This way, you do not need to review the full video.

To search for a video excerpt:

  1. Open the evidence file.
  2. Click the calendar icon at the bottom-right corner of the video display.
  3. Observe the days that appear highlighted on the Go to date time window. For example, “8” appears in highlights.
  4. Set a date and Start Time. Use the arrows to change the month and year.
  1. Click OK to start the search.

The playhead changes its position to the time you selected, and the video continues to play from the point.
