From Evidence Manager, you can change the IP address that a device uses for communicating via the Service Port. Once changed, all devices will use the newly-set IP address specific to their type while communicating on the Service Port. Keep in mind that for the purpose of device configuration, the Service Port is only used in the following circumstances:
