Latest Versions

Edge Classic: Version 4.5.0.1005

An updated driver for the video card as of 7/18 is available to address the system randomly rebooting. Contact the support team for this driver update if you are experiencing random restarts of the system.

Edge SD/HD: 4.5.0.1007

The issue of COAX cable needing to be used for Edge SD Mini Camera (CLS82/CLS110) is resolved in 4.2.1007 and later. If you experience this issue, upgrade to version 4.2.1010, and ensure that the template is set to EHD Mini Cam for camera type.

FAQs


How do I know if I logged in successfully?

If you logged in successfully, your officer ID will be displayed in the bottom right corner of the Camera View screen.

How do I get to know the remaining recording time?

This is displayed above the OK button after logging in. An example value looks like this:
Storage left for video: 55.57 Hours

How do I start a recording?

There are three ways to start a recording:

  • Activate the vehicle's lightbar
  • Press the Record button on the wireless microphone
  • Press the Record button on the Camera View screen
How do I know if a video has been wirelessly uploaded?

Check the entry in the Send column next to the video. If you see Sent, this means that the video is uploaded wirelessly.
