Solving Login Difficulties

When trying to Log In to the Safe Fleet Cloud Application Suite, you might not remember your password or you could encounter other problems. Let’s see three possible cases.

If you forget your password:

  1. Click Forgot your password under the Log in button.
  2. When the Forgot your password dialog displays, enter your email in the corresponding text-box.
  3. Click Submit. A new email will be sent to you to help you reset your password.

Once you get a Reset Password request:

  1. Click the Reset Password button. A Reset Password  window will display.

In the Reset Password window:

  1. Enter your Password in the text-box below.
  2. Enter your Password again to confirm.
  3. Click Reset.
  1. You will receive a Reset password confirmation. Access the Safe Fleet Cloud Application URL again and restart the Log in process as normal with your new Password.

If Fleet ID is not correct and you need to change it:

  1. Click Not your Fleet? The Fleet ID screen will display.
  2. Enter the appropriate Fleet ID and click Continue below. The Log in screen will appear again.
  3. Initiate the Login process as normal. See the previous tutorial Loggin in with Email-Based Authentication for more information.

If you don’t receive the email to reset your password:

  1. Copy the sender email address noreply@safefleetcloud.com
  2. Add the email to your email firewall.
