Solving Login Difficulties

When trying to Log In to Safe Fleet Cloud, you might not remember your password or you could encounter other login problems that might require resetting your password.

If you want to reset your password:

  1. Click Forgot your password above the Log in button.
  1. When the Forgot your password dialog displays, enter your email in the corresponding text box.
  2. Click Submit. A new email will be sent to you to help you reset your password.

Once you get the email with the invitation to reset your password:

  1. Click the Reset Password button. A Reset Password window will display.

NOTE: Email not Received

If you notice that you are not getting the expected email from Safe Fleet Cloud, do the following and try again:

  1. Copy the sender email address noreply@safefleetcloud.com
  2. Add the email to your email firewall.

In the Reset Password window:

  1. Enter your new Password in the text box below. As you enter a new password, the system displays feedback in a dynamic fashion, helping you create a more secure password. The system displays a green bar once the selected password is secure.
  1. Enter your Password in the text box below to confirm.
  2. Click Reset.
  1. You will get a Reset password confirmation. Access the Safe Fleet Cloud Application URL again and restart the login process with your new password.

You will also receive an email warning letting you know that your password has been changed.
