Solving Login Difficulties
When trying to Log In to Safe Fleet Cloud, you might not remember your password or you could encounter other login problems that might require resetting your password.
If you want to reset your password:
- When the Forgot your password dialog displays, enter your email in the corresponding text box.
- Click Submit. A new email will be sent to you to help you reset your password.
Once you get the email with the invitation to reset your password:
NOTE: Email not Received
If you notice that you are not getting the expected email from Safe Fleet Cloud, do the following and try again:
- Copy the sender email address noreply@safefleetcloud.com
- Add the email to your email firewall.
In the Reset Password window:
- You will get a Reset password confirmation. Access the Safe Fleet Cloud Application URL again and restart the login process with your new password.
