Maintenance cases allow users to track vehicle uptime. You can group, track, and schedule vehicle maintenance while keeping track of repairs. You can attach video, audio, GPS coordinates, and vehicle health diagnostics to maintenance cases. Use a maintenance case to collect the repair and incident data tracks on the dashboard. Set automatic email notifications to single or multiple depots for maintenance.
There are two ways to create a new maintenance case. You can create a new maintenance case in Maintenance > Maintenance Cases, or you can create a maintenance case after searching diagnostics for an issue.
The Depot Management window allows you to select the primary and secondary storage paths for video downloaded from the recording devices.
You can open maintenance cases to review them and then to edit them when issues are fixed.
