Understanding Stop Reports

The Comprehensive Stops Report document displays two different sections:

1. The first section contains specific information about the Stop which includes:

    • Run and Route codes.
    • Revision and number of students assigned to the stop.
    • Special equipment (if required).
    • Vehicle code.

2. A second section displays a table showing student information. This section is visible only if you select the option Show Student Information before viewing the report. Student Information includes:

    • Student ID.
    • Student Name.
    • Grade and Genre.
    • Emergency Number.
    • Residence Address.
    • Attending School.
    • Special Needs.
